What we do
We build and maintain focused review-data extractors and publish them on the Apify platform. Today that's two: a G2 Reviews Scraper for B2B software competitive intelligence, and a Trip.com & Ctrip Reviews Scraper for hospitality and travel intelligence. Both return structured JSON with no login, no cookies, and no setup.
How we think about data quality
Most scrapers optimize for "did it return something." We optimize for structure and correctness: ratings split into their sub-components, pros separated from cons, the competitor a reviewer switched from captured as its own field, owner responses kept distinct from the review body, and a clean markdown rendering ready for AI pipelines. That's the difference between data you can pivot on and a wall of text.
