FactDen works only with publicly available data. This page explains what we collect, what we never collect, and how anyone can ask us to correct or remove information.
What we collect
- Public reviews and ratings from travel, software and restaurant platforms, with the reviewer's public display name as shown on the platform.
- Public prices and availability for hotels and short-term rentals.
- Public job postings and employer profiles.
- Public company-register records for India: company name, CIN, status, incorporation date, industry, state, capital, filings and board size.
- Public business listings: business name, category, address, rating and the business phone shown on the listing.
What we never collect or provide
- Personal mobile numbers or personal email addresses of individuals
- Director, owner or proprietor contact details
- Dates of birth, PAN, Aadhaar or any government ID numbers
- Anything behind a login, paywall or private account
How our data may be used
Our data is for research, analytics, due diligence, compliance and market monitoring. Buyers of our feeds and lists are verified businesses and agree not to use the data for unsolicited calls or messages, spam, or any purpose that breaks India's DPDP Act, 2023, TRAI's do-not-disturb rules or the source site's terms.
Correction and removal requests
If you believe information about you appears in our data and should be corrected or removed, email [email protected] with the subject "Removal request" and the details. We reply within 7 days and act within 30 days.
